Australia Post Express will take 1-3 business days, usually 1 day if the delivery address is within the next day guarantee area
Australia Post Parcel Post takes 3-5 business days to most other areas of Australia.
Courier - we use various courier brands and choose the least costly with the speediest service and typically take 3-5 business days. (remote areas like NW Australia, NT and Northern QLD can take a couple of days longer)
Shipping Terms
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
- Shipping times are estimates and NOT guaranteed unless a premium overnight service is purchased, this will need to be arranged over the phone or via e-mail if you need something by a specific date. *Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

The SUPER NATURAL is an entirely different breed of twin tip—except it’s not really a twin tip at all. With a new and exciting shape, the Super Natural is a modern take on the vintage mutant board. Designed with a nose and a tail, the Super Natural offers unmatched drive and control when loading up for a huge boost or tearing the face off of some shore break.
The Super Natural is a mutant twin-tip hybrid that’s at home everywhere. With its nose and tail design, the Super Natural is able to excel in choppy conditions when you want a little added grip, in flat water when you are looking for extra hold down for huge airs, or in the waves when you want to have a little slashing fun. Additionally, with its Versa Fin six-fin configuration, you can ride the Super Natural with two, four, six or zero fins, depending on the conditions and your riding style for that session. Developed on our Atomic Wood Core, this new breed of board provides unmatched lively pop and rebound, incredible upwind capabilities, and tracking both directions.

- Versa 6 Fin Configuration - Customize your ride depending on the conditions and your riding style for that session. You can Ride with 2, 4, 6, or 0 fins!
- Slingshot Fusion Sidewalls - We’ve transferred the same technology found in high durometer urethane skateboard wheels into the rail of all our boards. Our innovative manufacturing process literally infuses the rail into the board cores in one single shot, producing unrivaled dampening and durability.
- Carbon Bedrock Inserts - Light, flexible and durable inserts that maintain the board’s flex underfoot for a consistent feel from tip to tail.
- Naca Tech Channels - Precision laser cut parabolic channels direct water like a vacuum from the middle of the board through the tail. This directed water accelerates through the channel and increases the board speed and grip to the water. This provides the rider with better board speed and traction when riding.
- Single Concave Hull - Provides smooth tracking and effortless upwind performance.

- Sustainably Sourced Wood - Our wood providers are Forest Stewardship Council approved ensuring that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. These standards expand protection of water quality, prohibit harvest of rare old-growth forest, prevent loss of natural forest cover, and prohibit the use of highly hazardous chemicals. This approval also protects the customary rights of indigenous people, ensuring their voices are part of the certification process and impacts of forest operations are addressed.
