By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
*Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

Construction is based around a high-density foam core, which is wrapped with 100% IM and High Modulus Carbon.
The main wings are shaped and refined for maximum stability and predictability at all speeds
The foil sections have been carefully designed by one of the world’s foremost sport wing designers.

The High Speed 625 with its winglet tips is fast and ultra-smooth through the water. Speed and stability allow you to carve with confidence either with kite power or riding big waves and swells. The futuristic tip design is what we believe makes all the difference. The winglets make for a clean tip flow by reducing the wingtip vortices, this improves overall performance and feel when you pile on the speed!

Sleek and sexy lines let you know that this wing is sporty and refined at the same time. This relatively small wing has a huge range, it handles high speeds easily and has enough glide and lift to pump.
This is a sick wing for solid surf, Kiting, and wing foiling… The combination of its performance attributes gives it range and that range makes it versatile. Developed with Kiwi powerhouse Bevan Gooch who is known for ripping in big surf, he reckons the only limitation of this wing is how far the rider dares to push it!
