By accessing, browsing or purchasing from kitepower.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and reasonable) shipping & returns policy:
- In most cases, goods are delivered to residents in Australia by Australia Post. Items valued at over $100 are sent by Registered Post or Courier - which will require a signature on delivery (so someone needs to be at the shipping address to sign during normal business hours).
- We offer free shipping on orders valued over $200 (a signature is required). Items longer than 1m or heavier than 10kg may need to be sent via a Courier, and cannot be sent to a PO Box. We will contact you if this is the case, and you will need to provide a daytime address where someone can sign for the goods upon delivery.
- If you return an item that was shipped for free and because you changed you mind, we will deduct a reasonable shipping fee from the refund for the item you returned.
*Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags.
Shipping to Remote locations:
If you purchase a bulky item* and are located in a remote location we will most likely contact you via phone or email to settle on a shipping fee.
In general, if the shipping fee comes out to be more than 10% (full price) or 5% (sale price) of the value of the order we will ask you to pay the difference.
Eg.
- For full priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $10 for shipping.
- For sale priced orders, if an order has a value of $500 and the most affordable shipping option available is $60 we will request $35 for shipping.
*defined as having a packing length longer than 105cm and/or heavier than 2kgs.
Refunds
We will charge a fee (which is simply the non refundable fee charged to Kitepower by the credit card processor) if you use the the payment link on our invoices. The fee is 2.5% of the sale amount and will be deducted from your refund. This condition ONLY applies to payments made through the link on our invoices.
If you purchase directly from our website and pay via the website there will be no refund fee, and the same applies to PayPal payments as neither of these payment gateways charge non refundable fees on payments.

Axis S and K series rear wings
The AXIS S-Series Carbon 500mm rear wing is the most stable of our rear wings. Ideal for the entry-level and all-round riders, the 500 will make your ride as stable as it gets. Suggested as an all-round companion to our larger front wings (1020mm, 920mm).
You can combine the 500mm rear wing with either the Standard, Short, or ULTRA Short S-Series Fuselages for quicker turning and a looser feel.
The AXIS S-Series Carbon Rear Wing 460mm (wingspan) is our fastest rear wing, and the perfect companion to the S-Series 900, S-Series 1000, and S-Series 1010 front wings.
Its flat profile, 60mm chord, and foil section, make the S-Series 460 Carbon Rear Wing ideal for high-performance downwinding. Many of our team riders also use the 460 for SUP, SURF, Wake and Pump foiling! A great high performance rear wing for multiple uses.
The AXIS S-Series Carbon Rear Wing 440mm (wingspan) is the allround rear wing that does everything well. It feels looser than the 500mm rear wing, it's playful and overall high performing.
You can combine the 440mm rear wing with either the Standard, Short or ULTRA Short S-Series Fuselages for quicker turning and looser feel.
The AXIS S-Series Carbon Rear Wing 420mm High Aspect (wingspan) is a very fast rear wing, and the perfect companion to the S-Series 900, S-Series 1000 and S-Series 1010 front wings.
Imagine a shorter version of the AXIS 460 rear wing, with winglets. That's exactly what the Carbon Rear 420 wing is.
Our fastest rear wing to date, at 420mm wingspan, 60mm chord, and 8.7 Aspect Ratio. FAST. And with the winglets it provides good turning and carving control.
If you are a performance Prone, SUP, Wing or Downwind foiler, looking for the fastest setup, then the 420 is just your wing.
The AXIS S-Series Carbon Rear Wing 400mm Flat (wingspan) is the carving specialist. Even looser than the AXIS S-Series Carbon 440cm rear wing, it's the most turny and performance oriented rear wing on our collection.
A must have with the 750 and 680 front wings, but also works miracles with the bigger wings, making the ride more playful and high performing. And when combined with the ULTRA Short S-Series fuselage then your ride gets looser than ever!
The AXIS S-Series Carbon Rear Wing 390mm (wingspan) by 80mm (chord) is a new rear wing addition from AXIS. Different to our other rear wings, the AXIS 390GAP rear wing has an extensive flat section in the middle, with turned down tips.
Many Wing Surfing riders love this rear carbon wing for wing foiling, and it's a great compliment to the 900 and 1000 carbon front wings, for wing surfing. It adds a bit of extra glide and lift, while enhancing turning and cruising control.
The AXIS S-Series Carbon Rear Wing 380mm New for 2021, Narrow (only 60mm chord), High Aspect Ratio 7.99AR, flatter foil section, and 17mm winglets on the tips for more stability while hard carving. FAST and high performance.

The AXIS S-Series Carbon Rear Wing 340mm (wingspan) by 80mm (chord) is the smallest rear wing we make and compatible with either the S-Series or the K-Series fuselages. Super loose, designed mainly for the 2020 600, and 545 K-Series wings, but also works well with the 680, 660 S-Series wings (for a super loose ride)
When you purchase ANY AXIS S or K-Series rear wing we include an AXIS padded cover with zipper, in heather gray, and AXIS branding, for safer setup, transportation and storage.
